R.I.P. Phuklub

Posted: November 8, 2014 in biography, gigs, venues

After 5-6 years of turbulent and creative activity Phuklub is hanging up its gloves. Sad as this is I’m very proud of us for keeping it together and giving so much questionable joy to so many people. Chuckle Fuckers are putting on a wake after the funeral on Sunday 9th November. I’ll be reading a lesson — be there (77 William Street Sydney — Doors open 7.30 pm). Thanks to Kyle Legacy who saw my act at the Sydney Fringe Festival I have a gig at Terrace Comedy on Sunday 2nd November. I’m planning a Halloween theme. Watch this spot for more picks and stuff. Check out this link: https://www.facebook.com/terracecomedy Thanks to my pal Justin Andersen for taking these photos. Thanks again to Kyle Legacy for sharing his lovely friends with me.

It’s been a busy year but I still managed to find time to hold a show at the Sydney Fringe Festival in September. It was a lot of fun. People came along and I was lucky enough to have my friend Adil Varisli open for me once again. Thanks also to Sam Kissajukian who hosted the show at the Hive Bar which is a lovely venue to do comedy, so intimate and snug.
